Arvis E-Plantation is a website, and mobile-based application specifically made to support the operational activities of oil palm plantations. It can consist of various modules such as the master data module, plan module, harvest module, maintenance module, attendance module, dashboard module, report module, and several other modules that can support the operational activities of the oil palm plantation system. This system is expected to perform comprehensive and accurate classification, calculations, and data validation to support performance while simplifying the oil palm plantation system. Arvis E-Plantation aims to provide plantation operational technology that can encourage Indonesia’s oil palm plantation industry to be more advanced, transparent, grow, and develop even better.
Arvis E-Plantation was developed to flexibly collect data from planning activities, harvesting activities, and online and offline maintenance activities. Arvis E-Plantation can manage all master data, from the largest scope, namely the organization, to the smallest scope, namely materials, tools, and equipment. Management of harvest activities such as harvest foreman’s workbook, Palm Oil Inspection Book, and several other harvest features. The management of care activities is the Nursing Foreman Workbook. Then the management of plantation plans such as Harvest Density Figures, Taxation, Census, and Work Plans ranging from annual to daily. Then process the data into tables, graphs, or other forms of reports to look neat and structured so that it is easy to analyze each data. In addition, this system can also be accessed easily either through PCs, laptops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones.
Currently, Arvis E-Plantation is implemented on an oil palm plantation system at PT Sahabat Agro Group. The implementation in this project includes:
- Creating company master data for each plantation.
- Planning for plantation activities.
- Budgeting for both planning and realization.
- Harvesting activities.
- Maintenance activities.
- Transportation activities.
- Warehouse management for each PT Sahabat Agro Group plantation.
In addition, the processing of these data into tables, graphs, or report forms is also tried to be applied to the Arvis E-Plantation system for PT Sahabat Agro Group.
